Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with
your customized hair care products, we’re all ears and are we'll do whatever we can to make up for
your unpleasant experience. However, as they say, all good things take time, we suggest, you use
the products at least five times on regular basis for them to start showing desired results.
Nevertheless, our policy for the refunds, replacements, and cancellations are as follows:
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
As the products are custom made basis your unique requirements, it takes a lot of time, efforts, and
high quality ingredients to formulate every single product.
Hence, we do not offer any kind of refunds.
However, under exceptional circumstances (where you are not satisfied with your personalised
product), we offer a reformulation of that particular product at a nominal operational cost to make
sure you have a satisfying experience with Freshistry.
Note - The decision of offering second time and beyond reformulations is at the sole discretion of the
representatives and management of freshistry.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
In case you change your mind and want to cancel your order, please write to us at
marketing@freshistry.com.
Please note - since the team starts working on your customized formulations within 2 hours of
receiving your order, we address to cancellation requests only till 2 hours of order confirmation.
