Since it’s a customized product there is no replacement / return policy unless you receive the product in the damaged condition.

You can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order by logging in through your account.

Incase you receive the product in the damaged condition we will initiate the refund process immediately after we receive an image of the damaged product .

The recommended shelf life of the products is maximum 45 Days.
